Limoncello
Liqueur made by infusing lemon peels in alcohol.
The lemons are peeled, and their peels are steeped in alcohol for about 20 days, creating an infusion that imparts color and flavor to the product. Subsequently, the infusion is mixed with
water, sugar, and natural aromas that stabilize the color and flavor.
Appearance: cloudy and intense yellow, with brilliant reflections.
Taste: very intense lemon perception, pleasant to the nose and palate, very consistent in the
mouth, and persistent in its aromatic quality. Even when drunk warm, the alcohol is not perceived.
Alcoholic grade: 30%.
