AGED GRAPPA
Grappa obtained by distilling very fresh pomace, of Italian origin, then placed in large casks for ageing.
Ageing: grappa aged for at least 12 months, which is necessary to be able to call this product grappa aged
Appearance: slightly opaque amber
Taste: simple, with subtle aromas and good aromaticity in the mouth. Very smooth and easy to read when tasting
Alcoholic grade: 40%.

Vin Santo is a wine belonging to the Tuscan tradition with an amber color of varying intensity. On the nose, you can perceive aromas of honey, biscuit, floral notes, and coffee. It is usually served with desserts or as a meditation wine but can also be paired with fresh blue cheeses.
