Description
In order to obtain high quality oils, harvesting is done manually and semi-manually. Special attention is paid to the selection of the olives and the relative pressing times: no more than 8 hours never elapse between the two processes. Frantoiano Biologico is a 100% Italian organic extra virgin olive oil with an intense green color with golden highlights, medium fruity with hints of fresh grass and artichoke leaf. Slightly bitter and spicy, signs of a high polyphenol content, and with a pleasant herbaceous aftertaste.
Use: Frantoiano Organic is perfect for dressing mixed vegetable salads, fish dishes, grilled white meats and undoubtedly for the classic bruschetta.
